AI Lead Scoring in Odoo
The AI Lead Scoring module for Odoo CRM enhances your sales efficiency and conversion rates by leveraging advanced Artificial Intelligence to score leads on their likelihood to convert. By analyzing two critical dimensions—Lead Profile (Fit) based on persona and firmographic data, and Activity Summary (Intent) gathered from emails, meetings, follow-ups, stage changes, and internal notes—the module calculates an accurate and data-driven score (0-100) and grade (Hot, Warm, Cold, Poor). In addition to the numerical score, it provides a detailed structure of evaluation summaries, outlining positive signals, potential risks, and recommendations for the next action to take, allowing your sales team to prioritize their efforts effectively.

1. Configure Odoo AI Provider Settings
Set up your preferred AI LLM client credentials and activate your default LLM models to provide the engine for the lead analysis.
2. Customize Lead Fit Fields & Thresholds
Go to CRM → Configuration → AI Scoring. Pick which fields are analyzed for fit, adjust Grade thresholds, and enable automatic re-scoring on CRM stage changes.
3. Single Lead Scoring & Actionable Summaries
Run a real-time analysis directly from any Lead form view. The module generates visual Hot/Warm ribbon status badges, detailed risk matrices, and clear recommended next actions.
4. Background Bulk Queue Operations
Select multiple leads from the Odoo CRM List or Kanban view, then launch the Bulk Action to score them all in background batch queues without slowing down your system.
