Advance Helpdesk Dashboard
This application provides helpdesk functionality into the odoo. It work as communication chanel between customers and the company, when a customer have any complaint or they need improvements then they can raise helpdesk tickets from the portal. And the ticket will be submitted into the system and customer's issue will resolve as soon as possible. Not only for the customer its also usefull for existing employees of the system. For example printer is not working properly and need to fix as soon as possible so employee can raise Helpdesk ticket for their issues. Overall its usefull to track and solve customers issues as well as existing users/employee's issue systematically.

This odoo application will add Survey on the Helpdesk Ticket so you can take detailed feedback from the customer
about their issue. You can add multiple survey on the ticket.
Key Features:
- Configure Survey Template and add multiple survey into the template.
- Just select survey template on the ticket and all the survey will link automatically into the ticket.
- If customer is logged in and viewing the ticket then he/she can directly start the survey from the helpdesk ticket screen and give answers.
- If user rather than customer is logged in then he/she can send survey to the customer via email. So customer can start survey from email link and answer the survey.
- Answer of the survey is automatically linked with the ticket once customer complete the survey.
- Answer will always link with the ticket, either customer start survey directly from the ticket or start survey from the email link.
- You can easily print Last Answer of the survey from the ticket, because latest answer will always linked with the survey on the ticket.
