Appointment
This Odoo application adds Appointment Management functionality into Odoo. It is designed for businesses and professionals who offer appointment-based services such as consultations, maintenance, field services, or support. With this application, you can configure multiple appointment services with custom duration, buffer time, working hours, weekdays, and timezone. Assign specific users (staff) to each service and define the appointment type (online or on-location) along with service fees. Easily generate appointment slots based on timing configurations. Customers can select available slots from the website, enter their details, and book an appointment. The system automatically sends confirmation emails to both the customer and assigned user. Appointments progress through different states such as Draft, Confirmed, Done, and Cancelled. You can track all appointments via smart dashboards with counters and filters. Additionally, the system supports timezone-based scheduling — slots are shown in the user’s timezone by default and automatically convert if another timezone is selected.

Flexible Appointment & Timezone-Based Scheduling
By default, the system loads and displays all available slots according to the user’s own timezone.
If the user is booking from a different location, they can select another timezone (e.g., US Central), and all slots will automatically be converted and displayed in that selected timezone.
Website Payment Processing
if the ‘Is Pay’ toggle is enabled, a ‘Book and Pay’ button appears on the website to allow users to complete payment directly
When a service is created, a product is automatically generated and linked via a smart button
You can see the ‘Book & Pay’ button here because the ‘Is Pay’ toggle is active on the service
