Appointment Management
Appointment Management Odoo app helps businesses and professionals manage online and offline
bookings with ease. It is perfect for consultation services, healthcare, salons, field services,
maintenance, and support teams. With this app, you can create different services, set working
hours, define time slots, and allow customers to book appointments directly from your website.
You can configure service duration, buffer time, weekdays, and time zones. Each service can be
assigned to a specific staff member, and you can also set whether the appointment is online or
on-location. Slots are generated automatically based on your settings, making it easy to manage
schedules without confusion. Customers can pick their preferred time slot, enter their details,
and instantly confirm their booking.
Once a booking is made, both the customer and the assigned staff member receive confirmation
emails. The appointment goes through different stages such as Draft, Confirmed, Done, and
Cancelled, so you always know the current status. The app also includes a powerful dashboard
with filters and counters to track all appointments in one place.
