This screen shows the auction details along with its type, pricing settings, and financial summary. You can manage lots, track bids using smart buttons, and view total hammer and revenue amounts. It also allows you to add lots and monitor their bidding status within the auction

Click on the "Close Auction" button. Once clicked, the auction will be closed, and the user with the highest bid will win. That lot will be marked as sold. Currently, the Sold count is showing 0 in the smart button because no lot has been sold yet, as you can see. You can check the state of the lot from here. Right now, it is in Open state and not sold yet, which you can easily verify.

The Total Hammer and Total Revenue amounts are updated after the sale. As you can see, the amount is now $2,200.00. The lot status has also changed to Sold.

You can easily use filters and group by options here to find specific records.

Lots & Bids

You can sort records here based on date, month (this month / last month), or year. Since no filters are applied right now, all records are being displayed. You can analyze data using charts such as Revenue by Month, Lots by Status, Bidding Activity, and Top Categories by Revenue. You can also view lists like Recent Auctions, Top Lots by Hammer Price, and Top Bidders to easily analyze the records.
