Auction List

The back-office list shows each auction with its type, dates, lot and sold counts, total hammer and revenue, and status at a glance.

Auction Form

The auction form holds the type, dates, buyer premium setting, and a financial summary, with the lots listed and quick buttons for lots and bids.

Close the Auction

Click Close Auction to end it. The highest qualifying bid wins, that lot is marked sold, and each lot's status is shown on its line.

Results After Close

Once closed, total hammer and revenue update, the winning lot shows as Sold, and the winner is recorded on the lot.

Filter and Group Auctions

Use filters and group-by options to find auctions by status, type, responsible person, or start month.

Winner Email

The winner receives a congratulations email with the lot, hammer price, total, and a button to view their invoices.

Lots List

Every lot is listed with its auction, category, condition, starting and current bid, bid count, hammer price, winner, and status.

Lot Form

The lot form shows pricing, estimates, current bid and bid count, the result with winner and invoice, and the full list of bids placed.

Bids List

All bids are recorded with their date and time, auction, lot, bidder, amount, and a marker for the winning bid.

Create Invoice from a Lot

A sold lot shows a Create Invoice button that raises a customer invoice for the winner in one step.

Draft Auction Invoice

The generated draft invoice is addressed to the winner and carries the lot as a line at the hammer price, ready to confirm.

Invoice Linked to the Lot

After creation, the lot shows an Invoice button that opens the related invoice, keeping the lot and its billing connected.

Auction Analytics Dashboard

Counters for auctions, lots, bids, bidders, and revenue sit alongside charts for revenue by month, lots by status, bidding activity, and top categories, plus lists of recent auctions, top lots, and top bidders. Date filters refine the view, and each counter opens the matching records.

Print the Auction Summary

Open the print menu on an auction and choose Auction Summary to generate the report.

Summary Report Overview

The first page shows total lots, sold count, unique bidders, and sell-through rate, with a financial summary, payment status, top lots, and sold lots.

Unsold Lots in the Report

A later page lists the unsold lots with their starting price, reserve, highest bid, and bid count.

Auction Analysis View

Analyze auctions visually by measures such as total bids across months, switching between graph and table layouts.

Bid Analysis View

Study bidding by amount over time, grouped by week, to see how activity builds across the period.

Bidder Portal Home

Signed-in bidders land on My Account with quick links to My Bids, Won Lots, and Your Invoices.

My Bids

The My Bids page lists every lot the bidder has bid on, with the auction, amount, date, and current status.

Closed Lot Result

On the website, a finished lot shows that it is no longer accepting bids and the price it sold for, above the full bid history.

Won Lots Section

From the portal home, the Won Lots link takes the bidder to the lots they have successfully won.

Invoices in the Portal

The invoices list shows each won lot with its hammer price, buyer premium, total, and payment status, and a button to view and pay.

Winning Bid Highlighted

On the sold lot page, the bid history highlights the winning bid so the buyer can see the result and the bids that led to it.

Auction Settings

In Settings, switch on auto-close for expired auctions and choose whether outbid and winner emails are sent.

Lot Categories

Set up lot categories such as Collectibles, Art, Electronics, and Classic Watches to organize items and power the website filters.
