delivery.
With the Courier Management System, you can easily create courier requests, capturing
essential details such as sender and receiver information (name, address, contact), parcel
specifics (weight, dimensions), and courier charges based on distance, weight, and additional
fees. The system intelligently calculates the total cost, ensuring accurate billing for every
shipment.
Enhance service transparency by uploading parcel images and capturing digital signatures from
senders, adding a layer of security and documentation for both service providers and customers.
The system tracks courier requests through multiple stages, including "collected," "dispatched,"
and "delivered," allowing seamless progress tracking.
Customer invoices can be generated directly from courier requests, simplifying the billing
process. The integrated website portal enables customers to view and manage their courier
requests, track shipments, and download details as PDFs. Customers can also view parcel images
and signatures, ensuring transparency throughout the delivery process.

Sort Courier Requests by :
- Number
- Registration Date
- Configure Rating Email Template into the stages of the Courier Request.
- So based on Rating Email Template, rating email will be sent to the customer.
- e.g. You have configured rating email template into the 'Delivered' stage of the Courier Request, So rating email will be sent automatically to the customer when Courier Request will move to the 'Delivered' stage.
- Customer's rating and feedback will be visible on the Courier Request.
- Note : Sender of the Courier Request considered as customer.
- Track Courier Request from the website portal.
- Separate menu provided on the website named Courier Tracking.
- Track Courier Request using unique number of the Courier Request.
