Customer Account Statement
Customer Account Statement Odoo application helps you generate detailed account statements for
your customers, providing clarity on financial transactions. You can print statements using
aging based on either the due date or the invoice date, and even include data from previous
years for comprehensive reporting.
Easily print customer account statements from the tree view by selecting customers and clicking
the "Print" button. Similarly, from the form view, generate statements by selecting the
"Customer Statement" option. Aging options allow you to customize the report by selecting the
date range and specifying whether to include data from the last year.
When printing customer statements using aging by due date or invoice date, select the desired
month or year to capture the relevant data. The module generates a PDF report with detailed
customer account statements, ensuring transparency and better financial management.
Additionally, statements can be sent directly to customers for their records, enhancing
communication and accountability.
