Customer Statement Advanced Odoo application offers enhanced features for generating and
managing customer statements. It allows you to print detailed customer statements in PDF or
Excel format, providing flexibility and clarity in financial reporting.
From the customer screen, users can generate and export statements effortlessly. Features
include the ability to print statements by month, filter customers with due balances, and send
statements directly via email. Advanced options such as hiding due dates or descriptions,
printing last 12-month aging, and adding greetings or terms enhance customization. Statements
can also be ordered in ascending order for better readability.
The application supports aging calculations by invoice date or due date and provides automated
email functionality with customizable templates. Access rights ensure that only authorized users
with "Show Customer Statement" permissions can generate or print statements, ensuring secure
operations. This app is a powerful tool for businesses aiming to streamline customer statement
processes and improve communication.
