Driving School Management

Driving School Management Odoo application designed to streamline the operations of driving schools. This application enables the creation of driving classes for multiple students, where lessons and attendance are automatically generated based on the class schedule. Users can manage attendance efficiently, generate invoices for enrolled students, and access various reports to track progress and performance. The system supports distinct user roles: students can view their own documents, teachers can manage their own and related student records, and administrators have access to all records. Lessons can be scheduled daily or on specific days, and attendance is auto-created for all students, initially marked as "Absent." Teachers can update attendance during lessons, which reflects across all relevant screens. Once all lessons are completed, the class is marked as finished, allowing the generation of invoices for each student. Additionally, the application offers PDF reports, including Class, Lesson, and Attendance reports, alongside an on-screen Driving Class Analysis for better insights. This solution ensures organized management of driving school activities while simplifying administrative tasks.
