Employee Accommodation Management
Employee Accommodation Odoo application allows employees to manage their accommodation requests
efficiently. Employees can create accommodation requests, add multiple hotel options of their
choice, and submit them for approval. The requests follow a structured workflow, passing through
Manager Approval and HR Approval. HR then selects the approved hotels and generates an expense
for the employee's accommodation.
This application provides features such as printing accommodation requests as PDF reports and
managing access rights for Accommodation Manager and Accommodation HR. You can also configure an
expense product in the application settings to automate expense generation linked to
accommodation requests. This tool simplifies the accommodation request process, ensuring
transparency and better organization for both employees and HR teams.
Features
- Employee can create Accommodation Request.
- Employee can add various hotels of their choice into the request.
- Accommodation request passes through Manager Approval and HR Approval for the validation.
- HR approves some hotels from employee's selected hotels.
- At the end HR will generate Expense for the Accommodation request .
- Accommodation Request can be printed as PDF Report .
