Employee Idea Management
Employee Idea Management application facilitates the entire process of managing and implementing
employee ideas in your organization. This app empowers employees to contribute their innovative
ideas while providing a structured approval and feedback mechanism.
Employees can create and submit their ideas, which are then reviewed by the respective
department manager. The manager has the authority to either approve the idea or reject it with a
reason. If rejected, employees can make the necessary corrections and resubmit the idea for
further consideration. Once approved, the idea is shared with the department, notifying all
employees within the team.
The app also includes a rating feature, allowing employees to evaluate and provide feedback on
posted ideas. This fosters a collaborative environment where ideas are acknowledged and refined
collectively.
