Employee Incident Accident in Odoo

Employee Accident Incident Odoo app is a comprehensive system for managing employee incidents and accidents in Odoo. With this app, you can create detailed incident records for employees, including redemption claims, supporting documents like photos and reports, and descriptive notes. HR managers have the ability to approve, reject, or cancel incidents, manage linked checklists, and track their completion progress.

The app also enables payment generation based on approved redemption costs, with the redemption status automatically updated to "Paid" upon payment. Additionally, detailed incident reports can be generated in PDF format for accurate record-keeping and reporting. This app ensures efficient handling of employee incidents, providing clarity, accountability, and streamlined workflows.

Create Incident/Accident for the Employee.
Add redemption in to the Incident.
Add document in to the Incident.
Add description in to the Incident.
HR Manager can Complete or Cancel linked checklist of the Incident.
Checklist percentage will be count based on number of completed checklists.
HR Manager can Approve, Cancel and Reject Incident.
HR Manager can Create Payment.
If a payment is made, the event redemption state is paid.
