Employee KPA & KRA Evaluation in Odoo
Employee KPA & KRA Evaluation Odoo app helps organizations regularly measure and improve
employee performance. It streamlines the evaluation of Key Performance Areas (KPA) and Key
Result Areas (KRA) for employees, managers, and HR professionals.
With this app, companies can create customized surveys for each role and send them automatically
to employees, managers, or HR. Once the surveys are filled, the system calculates scores
automatically and records them separately for each level. This makes performance tracking easy,
transparent, and well-organized.
The app also supports batch generation of KRAs, automated email notifications, and real-time
tracking of evaluation progress. Users can view total scores for employees, managers, and HR in
one sheet, and compare performance trends over time. The simple interface makes it easy for HR
teams to manage surveys, collect feedback, and analyze results.

Create Batch
Fill in the details and then click the 'Generate KRA' button.
Here, you can view the KRA
In KRA, click the 'Send Mail to Employee' button, and the mail will be automatically sent to the employee to fill out the survey
Sent Mail
View the stage change in KRA. You can see the evaluation
Then click the 'Send Mail to Manager' button, and the mail will be automatically sent to the manager to fill out the survey
You can see the evaluation increase for the manager
Then click the 'Send Mail to HR' button, and the mail will be automatically sent to the HR to fill out the survey
All evaluations details are displayed in the Evaluation sheet.
Display the total scores for Employee, Manager, and HR.
