Employee Orientation Process in Odoo
Employee Orientation Process Odoo app helps HR teams give a proper and organized welcome to new employees. HR can create an orientation directly from the employee’s profile and select a ready-made checklist template. Once selected, all related tasks are automatically added to the form, saving time and keeping the process consistent. After confirming the orientation, the system creates separate checklist requests for each task, making it easy to track progress. HR can complete or cancel these tasks based on actual updates. All orientations, templates, and task requests can be managed from the Orientation menu. The orientation details can also be printed as a PDF report. This app makes onboarding simple, clear, and easy to manage for both HR and new employees.
