Employee Training Management
Employee Training Management Odoo App helps manage and track employee training programs
efficiently. It allows HR or training managers to create, assign, and monitor training sessions
for employees. Users can define training programs with specific courses and subjects, detailing
the start and end dates for each module. The app provides functionality to mark training
sessions as Complete, Hold, or Cancel with just one click. A visual status bar
tracks the progress of training through different stages: To Start, Running, On
Hold, Completed, and Cancelled, offering a clear overview of where the training stands.
Additionally, the app lets users add various subjects under a course, along with a timeline for
each, making it easier to structure and organize content. This ensures that employees receive
comprehensive training. This app also allows adding, editing, and managing multiple training programs
directly from the employee’s screen. You can print the detailed PDF report of the training details.
