Excel Odoo Connector
This module enables real-time synchronization between Odoo and Excel. Users can select any Odoo model and fields, generate a secure token-based URL, and link it to Excel as an external data source. Once connected, Excel automatically refreshes at the set interval (e.g., every 5 seconds), ensuring that any changes made in Odoo are instantly reflected in Excel. This feature is useful for live reporting, data analysis, and monitoring without manual exports.

Assign the user to the allowed security group.
Go to Excel Integration menu in Odoo.
Fill the form → select the model and required fields.
Click Generate Token to get a secure URL.
Copy the generated URL.
In Excel → go to Data Menu → Link to External Data.
Paste the copied URL and confirm.
Set refresh interval (e.g., every 5 seconds).
Done – any change in Odoo will automatically update Excel.
