Field Service Helpdesk

Field Service Helpdesk Odoo app connects your customer support team with on-site service
operations. With this integration, you can easily create and manage tickets in the Helpdesk and
tasks in the Field Service module without switching between apps. This ensures smooth
coordination between the support team handling customer issues and the service team working in
the field.
You can create a Field Service task directly from a Helpdesk ticket with a single click, or
generate a Helpdesk ticket from the Field Service app. Each record stays linked, so both teams
can track progress together. Managers and users can quickly view related tasks and tickets,
helping them respond faster and avoid confusion. The system also allows you to filter Helpdesk
tickets by Field Service and clearly shows which tickets came from the Field Service app.
This app makes sure that customer requests are properly linked to the actual service work being
done. It reduces manual effort, improves communication between teams, and ensures that no
customer issue is left unresolved.
