Gym Management in Odoo
Gym Management Odoo Application is a comprehensive tool designed to simplify the management
of gym operations within Odoo. It allows gym managers to efficiently handle gym members,
trainers, workout plans, diet plans, membership invoicing, and special gym sessions. With
features that help track member activities and attendance, the application ensures that all
gym-related data is organized in one place.
The system allows gym managers to create memberships and link them to specific products for easy
invoicing. Trainers can manage workout and diet plans for their assigned members and track their
progress. The application also supports special session management, enabling gym managers to
schedule events like classes and send invitations to multiple members and trainers at once.
Additionally, role-based access ensures that members can only see their own records, while
trainers and managers have access to the information relevant to their roles.
The Gym Management app integrates with Odoo’s website portal, allowing customers to view and
download their member information, workout plans, and diet plans as PDFs. It also includes a
rating system, where gym members can rate the services they receive, with feedback being
displayed for gym staff to review. Detailed reports on trainer and member information,
exercises, attendance, and activity tracking are available, helping gym managers make informed
decisions and improve the overall gym experience.

Define role of the user in the gym:
- Gym Manager: Full access to manage all gym operations, including members, trainers, workout and diet plans, invoicing, attendance, and reports.
- Gym Trainer: Can manage assigned gym members, create workout and diet plans, track member progress, and view attendance records.
- Gym Member: Limited access to their own workout, diet plans, attendance, and other personal records.
- Gym Membership Management: Create and manage gym memberships with linked membership products. Automatically generate membership invoices for gym members based on their subscriptions.
- Trainer and Member Management: Add and manage gym trainers, assigning them specific members for personalized training. Create and manage gym members with detailed profiles, including workout and diet plans.
- Workout and Diet Plan Management: Create and manage multiple workout plans, including specific exercises for gym members. Create diet plans tailored to individual member needs. Assign multiple workout and diet plans to gym members with a single click for easy management.
- Activity and Attendance Tracking: Track gym members’ activities, including exercise logs and workout history. Track attendance for both gym members and trainers to monitor gym usage and time spent.
- Special Sessions and Invitations: Organize special sessions such as fitness classes or events.Send invitation emails to selected members and trainers, managing attendees efficiently.
- Website Portal: Customers (gym members) can view their membership details, workout plans, and diet plans via the website portal. Gym members can print or download their information, workout, and diet plans as PDFs.
- Member Rating System: Send member rating emails to customers, allowing them to rate gym services. Display customer ratings and feedback on the member’s profile for review by trainers and managers.
- Reporting: Print detailed reports for trainers, members, exercises, workout plans, diet plans, and activity logs. Generate and print attendance reports to track gym usage. Pivot Reports for member analysis, helping gym managers understand member trends and behaviors.
- Security and Data Access: Gym members have access only to their own records. Trainers can access their own records and the records of members assigned to them. Gym managers have full access to all records and system data.
