Helpdesk Time Slot Report in Odoo
Helpdesk Time Slot Report Odoo app makes it easy to manage and analyze helpdesk tickets based on
time slots. You can create custom time slots in the configuration menu by setting start and end
times. When a time slot is selected while creating a ticket, the app automatically fills in the
correct start and end times, reducing manual work and avoiding mistakes.
This app also provides a Time Slot Analysis Report, where you can track how many tickets are
handled in each slot. The data is shown in a clear table format as well as in charts like pie
charts, bar charts, and line charts. These visuals help you quickly identify which time slots
are the busiest, giving you a clear view of your team’s workload and response patterns. With
real-time updates, the report always shows the latest ticket data.

Under the "Reporting" menu of the Helpdesk app, this "Time Slots Analysis" bar chart provides a clear picture of your team's workload. Each bar visually represents how many tickets were created during specific time slots

Time Slot Analysis Report View
The data is presented in a clear table format that shows each individual helpdesk ticket categorized under its respective time slot. This allows you to easily see how many tickets fall into each time slot and review ticket details grouped by their assigned time periods.
In the Configuration menu, under the Time Slot section, you can create time slots and set their start and end times
