Helpdesk Website Request with Working Hours & Holidays
Helpdesk Website Request Odoo app allows users to create helpdesk tickets directly from the
website portal. Customers can easily submit their requests by filling out the ticket form with
details like issue description, priority, and attachments. This makes it simple for users to
report issues and ensures that tickets are created quickly for the helpdesk team to handle.
The app also includes a configuration to set default working hours. When a user creates a ticket
from the website portal, they can see the company’s working hours and upcoming holidays right on
the portal, giving them clear expectations about response times.
A new feature has been added to improve security: reCAPTCHA support. When enabled from the
configuration, a reCAPTCHA widget appears on the ticket request form. Users must verify they are
human before submitting a ticket. You also have the option to enable or disable this feature
based on your needs.

Helpdesk Website Request with RECAPTCHA
The reCAPTCHA verification feature is integrated into the ticket
submission form to enhance security and ensure authenticity of
requests. It requires users to confirm that they are human before
submitting a ticket. By doing so, the system effectively filters out
automated bots and prevents spam or fraudulent submissions.
This feature improves the quality of ticket requests by ensuring
only legitimate users can raise issues or inquiries. It adds an
additional layer of protection against misuse of the form while
maintaining a seamless user experience..

There are 2 options to create Ticket from portal
Fill all details for create ticket
If you want to see the working hours and upcoming holidays while creating a ticket, you can view them by clicking the 'Working Hours' button
Then a popup will open where you can view these details.
After successfully passing the reCAPTCHA verification can the Submit button process the ticket request.
Once the reCAPTCHA shows a green checkmark, it confirms that the verification is successful. After this step, the Submit button can be clicked to finalize and send the ticket request.
You can see your helpdesk ticket has been successfully created!

This Odoo application allows you to set default working hours from
the configuration. When a user creates a ticket through the website
portal, they can view the working hours and the upcoming holidays
directly on the website portal.
Main Features:
- Allow users to create helpdesk tickets via the website portal.
- Show working hours and upcoming holidays on the website portal so users can easily see this information when creating a ticket.
- Automatically update working hours and holidays on the website portal when changed in the system
- Set default working hours from the configuration settings.
There are 2 options to create Ticket from portal
If you want to see the working hours and upcoming holidays while creating a ticket, you can view them by clicking the 'Working Hours' button
Then a popup will open where you can view these details.
After filling in the ticket details, click on 'Submit' button to create the ticket
You can see your helpdesk ticket has been successfully created!
