Housekeeping Services Management in Odoo
Housekeeping Management Odoo App runs the entire day of a cleaning, housekeeping or facility-services
business from one place. Customers pick a branch, service and a shared time slot from your website, the
office confirms the booking, a sales order is raised in the background, and the cleaning team picks up the
job on their phone with the right checklist already loaded.
The field side is mobile-first. Staff see assigned jobs as cards, tap "On the Way" and "Start Work", tick
checklist tasks off, upload before and after photos for each task, and collect a digital customer signature
at the end. As soon as the job closes the system emails a branded Service Report PDF and a one-click
star-rating link to the customer.
Managers run the operation from a live dashboard with KPIs, charts and a clickable calendar, plus dated PDF
reports for branch performance, customer statements and worksheets. A low star rating auto-creates a
service-recovery activity so no unhappy customer slips through. Built for cleaning agencies, branch-based
