Employee Travel Expense Management
Employee Travel Expense Management System in Odoo streamlines the process of handling travel
requests and expenses. Employees can easily generate travel requests and submit relevant
documents, such as tickets and hotel bills. The system then notifies the department manager to
confirm the request, and once approved, the HR manager is notified to finalize the approval.
The HR manager can then generate travel expenses, with the ability to handle multiple products,
pricing in different currencies, and add multiple expense lines linked to each travel request.
The workflow follows a clear process from draft, confirmation, and approval to expenses
submission, with options to cancel or refuse requests at various stages.
This system ensures efficient management of employee travel requests, approvals, and expense
tracking, making the process organized and transparent.
