HR Warning
HR Warning Management Odoo app helps you efficiently handle employee warnings and disciplinary
actions.
This app enables managers to issue warnings, notify employees via email, and manage termination
or refusal processes when necessary.
Warnings can be created for employees who violate rules, with options to send first, second, and
third warnings. Managers can set start and end dates for warnings, and each action triggers
email notifications to the employee. If an employee continues to violate rules despite warnings,
managers can terminate the employee directly from the warning form, disabling their login access
and notifying them via email. Alternatively, if the employee improves, the manager can refuse
the warning, sending an email confirmation of the decision.
This app streamlines employee disciplinary procedures, ensuring clear communication and proper
documentation.

rule
First Warning for employee
By clicking the First warning button in the warning screen employee got the E-mail for the first warning
Giving the Second Warning
ByWhen the time is come to give the second warning to the employee then manager is just clicking the second warning so the new window is open for set the start and end date of the second warning
Mail To employee for Second Mail
When the officer or Manager give the second warning, employee will got mail notification. same like officer or manager give the Third warning to the employee
Terminate the employee
After the Last warning the employee is not in under control then officer can fire the employee by clicking the fire button in the warning form and employee got this type of email and he is unable to login
Refuse the employee
After giving the warning the employee is on controll then officer or Manager refuse the Employee by clicking the refuse button in warning form so employee got E-mail like this
