Machine Repair Management Odoo

Machine Repair Management odoo app is designed to streamline the process of managing machine
repairs. The app provides a dedicated menu for managing both machines and machine parts. You can
create repair requests and track the entire repair process from diagnosis to work order
completion. The app allows users to add details about consumed parts during diagnosis, making it
easier to track which parts are used for each repair.
A work order can be generated for each repair request, helping assign tasks, track work hours,
and manage who is responsible for the repair. Users can also generate a sale order directly from
the diagnosis process, with all related information diagnosis, sale order, invoice, work order,
and attached document automatically linked to the repair request.
The app offers flexible reporting, allowing users to print repair requests as PDF reports. It
also supports various user roles, including standard users and managers. Configurable options
include services, service types, and repair teams. Users can filter, sort, and group repair
requests by machine, date, stage, or other criteria, and portal users can also access and update
repair requests in which they are involved.
This app simplifies the management of machine repairs by offering a full-featured system for
tracking, assigning, and completing repair tasks efficiently, while also providing detailed
reporting and easy access to important information.
