IntellAI Assistant adds a chat to Odoo 18 where you ask about your own business data in plain English and get real answers: figures, tables, charts and live record lists, all taken from what is actually in your company's data at that moment.
It works wherever you do. There is a full chat workspace under its own menu, plus a small popup on every screen that knows which record you have open, so "summarise this opportunity" needs no further explanation. Every answer stays inside the asking user's access rights, and each person's conversations remain private.
When you allow it, the assistant also prepares work for you. Ask it to create a lead or update an order and it lays the exact change out on a card; nothing is saved until you click Approve, and deleting is never possible.

Learns from your feedback
Rate an answer helpful and the assistant remembers how it was solved, reusing the same approach on similar questions. Admins can share examples company-wide.
Double-checked figures
Numeric answers are re-verified against the underlying results before you see them, and filter values are looked up in your data, never guessed.
Organise, share and export
Search, pin and rename chats, send a copy to a colleague, download a whole conversation, or save any table answer as a spreadsheet file.
