Download Invoices Reports as Zip File
Download Invoices Reports as Zip File application provides an efficient way to manage and
download multiple invoices or bills in PDF format as zip files. This application streamlines the
process of organizing and storing invoice reports by allowing you to configure a directory on
your system where the reports will be saved. It ensures that large batches of invoices or bills
are grouped and compressed for convenience.
With the ability to specify the "Split By" option, you can decide how many invoices or bills
should be included in each zip file. For instance, if you select to download reports of 4
invoices and set "Split By" as 2, the application will generate 2 zip files, each containing PDF
reports for 2 invoices. Additionally, you have the flexibility to consolidate multiple reports
into a single PDF file within each zip file, depending on your requirements.
Features
- Download pdf reports of Invoices/Bills as zip file at desired location in your system
- Configure Directory(folder path) in which pdf reports invoices/Bills will be downloaded
- Specify Split By which will decides how many invoices/Bills will be in one zip file
- Such as if you are going to download pdf reports of 4 invoices/Bills and specified 2 in Split By then 2 zip files will be created at configured location, and each zip file will contain 2 pdf reports of invoices/bills
- There is also an option which allows you to download multiple reports of invoices/bill into one pdf files, means 2 zip files will be created at configured location, and each zip file will contain 1 pdf file and in that pdf file there will be 2 reports of invoices/bills
- There is another option which allows you to download files at desired location as well as it allows you to download files from the screen also

Added Filter in invoices/bills screen:
- Report Downloaded : Shows those invoices/bills whose pdf report is downloaded as zip file
- Report not Downloaded : Shows those invoices/bills whose pdf report is not downloaded as zip file
- Note : Only user with Allow to Download Invoices/Bills Report(pdf) as Zip right can configure Directory(folder path), Split By and download pdf reports of invoices/bills
- Note : You can only download reports of those invoices/bills which are either Open or Paid
Allow users to access this feature
Configure Directory(folder path) where pdf reports of invoices/bills will be downloaded, and configure Split By if needed.
Select Invoice/Bills and download reports as zip file
Click on Download
Successfully Downloaded at configured location
I have extracted one of them, see below screen there are 2 pdf files

I have extracted one of them see below screen, there is only one pdf file and that pdf file contains 2 invoices reports because we have tick Invoices in One Page while downloading
Tick Download on Screen option while downloading
As usual files will be downloaded at configured location, but at this time below window will pop-up which allows you to download that files from the screen
System will throw this warning when Directory(folder path) in not configured
System will throw this warning when configured Directory(folder path) is wrong
System will throw this warning when user attempts to download reports of invoices/bills which are not Open or Paid
System will throw this warning when user attempts download reports of those invoices/bills whose reports are already downloaded
