Activate Voucher Management

Navigate to Point of Sale > Configuration > Settings and enable the Allow Voucher Creation from POS feature. This activates the creation and lookup buttons in the POS interface.

Define Voucher Loyalty Program

Select a Gift Card or eWallet loyalty program in the settings. This program will serve as the engine for generating codes and tracking balances.

Create Vouchers on the Fly in POS

Use the Create Voucher button in the POS control area to issue new vouchers. Enter the desired amount and expiration days to generate a unique code instantly.

Seamless Redemption & Partial use

Apply vouchers directly to the current order. The system handles partial redemption automatically, allowing customers to use a single code across multiple visits until the balance is depleted.

Check remaining balance

Batch Voucher Generation

Effortlessly generate multiple vouchers at once via pop up. Specify quantity, amount, and prefixes to create and export codes in bulk for promotional campaigns.
