POS Logo - Custom Receipt & Header Logo in Odoo
The POS Logo module empowers businesses to reinforce their brand identity within the Point of Sale system. It allows you to replace the default Odoo branding with your own custom logos in the POS header/navbar and on customer receipts. Additionally, the module features a configurable screen saver with an idle timer, protecting your POS terminal while showcasing your brand through a custom background image during periods of inactivity.

- Custom Background & Color – Upload a custom background image for the screen saver and choose the timer text color for a consistent look.
- Per-Session Flexibility – Apply global logos from settings or override them specifically for individual POS configurations.
Easy Activation and Setup
Navigate to Point of Sale > Configuration > Settings. Locate the "POS Logo" section. Enable "Custom Receipt Logo" and "Custom Header Logo" to upload your branding files. You can also activate the "Screen Saver" feature and set the idle duration from here.
Custom Receipt & Header Branding
Your custom logos will automatically appear in the POS navbar and on printed receipts. This provides a professional and branded experience for both cashiers and customers.
Configurable POS Screen Saver
When the system detects inactivity, a screen saver with your chosen background image and idle timer will activate. Click anywhere to instantly dismiss and return to the POS screen.
