POS Order List in Odoo
This module introduces a comprehensive Order History screen directly into your Point of Sale (POS) interface. It empowers cashiers to easily browse, search, and filter past POS orders without ever leaving the POS screen. With built-in features for one-click reordering of past purchases and instant receipt reprinting, it significantly enhances customer service speed and operational efficiency. The intuitive split-pane layout provides instant access to detailed order lines, payments, and summary statistics, making past order management faster and simpler than ever.

- Advanced Search & Filters – Quickly find orders by reference, customer name, tracking number, date ranges, and order status.
- One-Click Reorder – Recreate previous purchases instantly with a single click to speed up repeat customer checkouts.
- Instant Receipt Reprinting – Reprint past order receipts rapidly whenever a customer requests a copy.
- Detailed Order Insights – View exact products, quantities, prices, discounts, and payment methods for any prior transaction.
- Configurable Access – Granularly control the availability of history, reordering, and reprinting features per POS terminal.
Enable Module Features from Settings
To get started, go to Point of Sale > Configuration > Settings and enable the Order History, Allow Reorder, and Allow Reprint features globally in the POS Interface section.
Configure Features per POS Terminal
Alternatively, you can enable and configure the exact order history features for a specific terminal under Point of Sale > Configuration > Point of Sale.
Launch Point of Sale Session
Open a new or existing Point of Sale session directly from the main dashboard.
Access Order History Screen
Click on the new Order History icon located in the top navigation bar (or from the option menu on mobile) to access all past orders.
Detailed Order View
Select any past order from the list to view its complete details on the right pane, including products, quantities, prices, discounts, and payment methods used.
Seamless Reordering
Use the Reorder button to quickly duplicate a past order. All items will be added to your current cart instantly, and the same customer will be assigned.
Instant Receipt Reprinting
Click the Reprint button to instantly send the exact original receipt of an older order to your connected receipt printer.
Powerful Search and Filters
Quickly find any past order by searching for the Order Reference, Customer Name, or Tracking Number. Further narrow down your search using comprehensive Date and Status filters.
