Recurring Purchase Order in Odoo
Recurring Purchase Order Odoo app helps you automate the creation of purchase orders based on
your chosen schedule. Instead of manually creating the same purchase orders repeatedly, this app
generates copies at the defined time intervals.
You can select an existing purchase order, and all its order lines will be loaded automatically,
which you can modify if needed. Set the re-occurrence interval, such as daily, weekly, or
monthly, and specify a user to receive email notifications whenever a new purchase order is
created. Additionally, you can set a stop date to prevent further re-occurrences after a certain
period.
Features
- System will automatically generates copy of purchase order based on your configuration.
- Set which purchase order you want to re-occur.
- When you select purchase order all the purchase order lines of that order will be loaded automatically, You can also modify it as per your need.
- Select time interval of re-occurring purchase order, such as every 1 day, every 2 weeks, every 1 month etc.
- Set a user who will be notify via email when purchase order is re-occurred.
- Set stop date so onward that date re-occurring of purchase orders will be stopped.

Select purchase order and lines will be loaded automatically
Select Interval Time Period
Select user who will be notify when purchase order is re-occurred
Select stop date
Process it, because only processed record will be re-occurred
