Remittance Advice Report
This Odoo application Generate professional PDF remittance advices and XLSX exports for vendor payments. Supports sending via email (single or batch), combined or separate PDFs per vendor, partial payments, multi-company and multi-currency environments, and optional invoice line details.
Features
- Consolidated PDF Generation: Options to generate a single combined PDF or separate PDFs vendor-wise.
- Send remittance advice directly to vendors using selected email templates, with three pre-configured templates available.
- Excel Export: Button to export detailed XLSX files for selected payments.
Invoicing >> Configuration >> Settings >> Invoicing Configuration
Invoicing >> Vendors >> Payments Menu
Click Print Remittance Advice to print the PDF report.
Pdf Report
Using Print Remittance Advice, you can directly download the PDF, and the Send Remittance Advice option is also available.
In Send Remittance Advice, options to preview the PDF, download it, and export the Excel report are available.
Excel report
Here, you can choose from multiple email template options and send the email to the vendor.
Email Template
You can also send an email by selecting multiple payments.
Here, you can select the email template, attachment type, and combined PDF option, and then send the email.
Email sent to vendor
When the attachment type is set to Combined PDF, the PDF reports are merged into a single pdf.
Remittance Advice Combined PDF Report
If you select the Single PDF option and send the email, you will receive individual PDF reports.
Email sent to vendor
Since the attachment type Single PDF is selected, separate PDF reports are generated for each selected payment.
