Download Repair Order PDF Report as ZIP
Multiple Repair Order Report Odoo app allows you to download PDF reports of repair orders as a
ZIP file at a specified location in your system. You can configure the folder path where the
files will be saved and set a "Split By" option to control how many repair order reports are
included in each ZIP file.
Additionally, a filter is available on the repair order screen to show records where the report
has been downloaded or not. Only users with the required access rights can configure the
settings and download the reports.
For example, if you download reports for 4 repair orders and set "Split By" to 2, the system
will create 2 ZIP files, each containing 2 reports. You can also choose to merge multiple repair
order reports into a single PDF before downloading.

Allow users to access this feature
Configure Directory(folder path) where pdf reports of Repair Orders will be downloaded, and configure Split By if needed
Select Repair Orders and download reports as zip file
Click on Download

I have extracted one of them, see below screen there are 2 pdf files

I have extracted one of them see below screen, there is only one pdf file and that pdf file contains 2 Repair Orders reports because we have tick Orders in One Page while downloading
Tick Download on Screen option while downloading
As usual files will be downloaded at configured location, but at this time below window will pop-up which allows you to download that files from the screen
System will throw this warning when Directory(folder path) in not configured
System will throw this warning when configured Directory(folder path) is wrong
System will throw this warning when user attempts download reports of those Repair Orders whose reports are already downloaded
