Stock Card Report
The Stock Card Report app is an essential tool for tracking the complete history of your inventory. It provides a detailed Stock Card / Product Card view, showing Opening Balances, In/Out movements, and Closing Balances for any date range. Features include support for Standard and Average Costing, dynamic filtering by Product, Category, and Location (including child locations), and grouping options. Generate professional PDF and Excel reports or analyze data directly on-screen with valid running balances.

- Unit Cost Support: Handles Standard Price and Average Costing valuations.

Reporting Menu Access
Navigate to Reporting > Stock Card Report to open the report generation wizard.
All-In-One Configuration Wizard
Configure all report parameters in one screen: Select Date Range, Location/Company, Filter by Product/Category, apply Grouping, and toggle 'Include Zero Movements'.
Multiple Report Options
Choose your preferred output format with dedicated buttons: View On Screen for instant analysis, Print PDF for documentation, or Print Excel for spreadsheet work.
On-Screen Stock Card Analysis
Instantly view the generated Stock Card data in a dynamic Tree view, showing Opening, In, Out, and Closing balances calculated in real-time.
Search & Filter Analysis Details
Use the search bar and advanced filters to quickly locate specific products, categories, or transactions within the on-screen report results.
Pivot View Analysis
Switch to Pivot view for multi-dimensional analysis of stock movements, values, and costs across locations or categories.
PDF Report
The generated PDF is automatically organized based on your configuration. It prints page-by-page breakdowns grouped by Product or Product Category, ensuring clear and structured documentation.
Excel Report Output
Generate a detailed Excel report (.xlsx) for precise data analysis. The export includes all transaction details, quantities, and values, formatted ready for spreadsheet operations.
