Stock Card Report
Stock Card Report Odoo App gives every product its own stock ledger. Pick a date range and the report shows the opening balance, every receipt and dispatch during the period, a running quantity and value after each move, and the closing balance, all in one place per product.
Numbers stay in sync with how you cost your inventory. Standard, Average, and FIFO products are valued by the right method, with Value In, Value Out, and Balance Value populated automatically. Filter by a location and its child locations, choose individual products or a full category, and group the result by product for a flat list or by category for headed sections with subtotals.
PDF, Excel, and on-screen views share the same data, so finance teams, warehouse leads, and auditors look at one consistent story. A pivot view lets you slice movements across products and categories without leaving the screen.

Period Stock Ledger
Each product shows opening balance, every move in the window, running balance, and closing balance, like a printed stock ledger.
Cost-Aware Valuation
Value In, Value Out, and Balance Value follow each product's Standard, Average, or FIFO method, so the figures match your books.
Location and Product Filters
Pick a location (child locations included), then narrow by individual products or a product category for a focused report.
Product or Category Grouping
Pick a flat product-by-product list, or a hierarchical view with category headers and subtotals for executive reading.
PDF, Excel, On-Screen Output
One click opens the report on screen, prints a clean PDF, or downloads an Excel file. Every format shows the same numbers.
Pivot Movement Analysis
Switch to pivot to compare In Qty, Out Qty, Value In, and Value Out across products and categories in one screen.
Open from the Reporting Menu
The Stock Card Report sits inside Inventory, Reporting, right alongside Stock, Locations, and Moves Analysis, so the team finds it without any hunting.
Set Period, Location, and Filters
Pick a start and end date, choose the location and company, filter by individual products or a product category, decide whether to group the output by product or category, and tick Include Zero Movements if you want products with no activity but a standing balance to appear too.
Three Output Buttons
View Report opens the result on screen for review, Generate PDF prints a formatted document, and Generate Excel downloads the spreadsheet. Pick the format that fits the moment.
On-Screen Stock Card with Running Balance
Each product is shown as its own block, opened by an Opening Balance row, every move in between with reference, source document, partner, In Qty, Out Qty, running Balance Qty, Unit Cost, Value In, Value Out, and Balance Value, and closed by a totals row.
Ready-Made Filters and Group By
Quick filters jump straight to Opening Balance rows, Stock Moves Only, or Closing Balance rows. Group By organises the same data by Product, Category, Date, or Line Type, with Custom Group and Favorites also one click away.
Pivot Movement Analysis
Switch to the pivot view to compare In Qty, Out Qty, Value In, and Value Out per product and category, with totals on every axis for a quick read of where the activity sits.
PDF Page per Product
The PDF prints a header block (company, location, date range, group by, generated on, generated by) and then a clean section for every product showing its category, cost method, valuation method, and unit of measure, followed by Opening Balance, the dated transactions, totals, and Closing Balance with the right unit cost.
Excel Export with the Same Structure
The Excel file keeps the same per-product layout: a header for company, location, dates and group by, then an Opening Balance, the dated moves, and a Closing Balance row for each product, ready for finance to slice further.
