Enable Timesheet Dashboard Access
Go to User Settings and enable the Allow to Access Timesheet Dashboard option. This permission is required to view and use the Timesheet Dashboard features.
Timesheet Dashboard Overview
In the Timesheet module, you can see filters for Departments and Employees at the top. On the right side, you can change the week or switch to the Current Week. Below, summary cards display Total Hours, Average Hours, Entries, and Employees.
Dashboard Data View
The dashboard displays day-wise average working hours from Monday to Sunday for all employees. When filters are applied, it shows data for a specific employee or department. At the bottom, total and grand total hours are also displayed.
Create Timesheet
Click on the Create Timesheet button to add a new timesheet entry. The timesheet is created for the currently logged-in user and saved under their name.
View Created Timesheet
Here, you can see the created timesheet entries for the user. Task, project, and logged hours are displayed date-wise as entered.
Export PDF Report
Click on the Export PDF button to generate a PDF report. The report is generated based on the applied filters.
PDF Report View
Here, you can view the PDF report generated for the selected employee. The report is displayed below with all filtered timesheet details.
Export Excel Report
You can also generate an Excel report by clicking on the Export Excel button. The Excel report is created according to the selected filters.
Excel Report – Timesheet Report
The Excel file contains multiple sheets. The first sheet is the Timesheet Report, showing detailed timesheet data.
Excel Report – Employee Summary
The second sheet is the Employee Summary Report. It includes a chart titled “Top Hours by Employee” for better analysis.
Excel Report – Project Summary
The third sheet is the Project Summary Report. It displays a pie chart showing time distribution for a particular employee by project.
Excel Report – Raw Data
The last sheet is the Raw Data Report. It shows the complete raw timesheet data of employees for reference and analysis.
