Transport Management System in Odoo
The Transport Management System Odoo App streamlines the management of goods transportation with
an user friendly interface designed to enhance efficiency. Easily configure transporters,
delivery
locations, and routes in advance to simplify the shipping process. When creating a sales order,
simply select the transporter responsible for the shipment. Upon generating the delivery order,
key information is automatically added, including the transporter, route, LR number, parcel
quantity, and tracking number.
Once the delivery order is validated, the system creates a transport entry for real-time
tracking of the shipment’s history and status. A dedicated menu allows quick access to these
entries, where you can update the shipment status as "Started" when it departs and "Done" upon
delivery. Start and end times are automatically recorded to track the shipment’s journey.
This app offers clear visibility into all in-transit shipments and ensures efficient management
of the delivery process. Pre-configuring transporters and routes further enhances the speed and
simplicity of shipment handling, giving businesses greater control and transparency.

- Separate menu provided for Transport Entry.
- Transport Customer portal.
- Start Transport Entry when transportation of goods is out for the delivery and Done Transport Entry when goods is delivered to customer, start and end time will loaded automatically on the Transport Entry so you can easily track it.
