A customer with a multi vehicle membership picks any of the registered vehicles, chooses a date and time and books the wash in one flow. The same plan covers two or more vehicles, so the customer does not need a separate booking process for each car.

Daily Operation Report

The manager prints one PDF summary of the day. It lists how many washes were done, the breakdown by service type, which staff handled which orders, where the orders came from and the membership use for the day. One page is enough to close out the shift and plan the next one.

The admin sets up wash bays, queues, service types, add ons and tags from one place. Each setting controls how customers book and how staff work: service types feed the website, add ons appear at checkout, bays and queues drive the floor, and tags group the orders.
