WhatsApp Flows Integration is the enterprise-ready way to design,
publish and collect native WhatsApp Flows straight from Odoo, with no coding at all. Flows are the
rich, multi-screen forms that open right inside a WhatsApp chat, so customers fill in details, pick
options, choose dates and upload files without ever leaving the conversation. The app runs on top
of the stock WhatsApp module, so it replies on the same business number your team already uses.
Build a flow by adding screens and dragging in components: headings, text inputs, dropdowns, radio
buttons, checkboxes, chips, date and calendar pickers, photo and document uploads, opt-in
consent and footer buttons. One click validates the design, generates the Flow JSON and pushes it
through the full Meta lifecycle: create, upload, publish, deprecate, delete, sync, import and
automatic health checks. No JSON to hand-write, no developer needed.
When a customer submits, the response is captured automatically. Link the flow to any Odoo model
