WhatsApp Marketing and Campaigns lets you send an approved WhatsApp
template to thousands of people straight from Odoo. It is a marketing layer that sits on top of
the official WhatsApp Integration, so your campaigns go out from the same WhatsApp number and the
same templates your team already uses. There is nothing new to learn about the connection
itself.
Pick a template, choose who should receive it, and the app does the rest. Build your audience
from your existing Odoo contacts, from your own marketing contacts and groups, or from a plain
CSV or Excel file you upload. Numbers are cleaned up and duplicates are removed, so the same
person is never messaged twice in one campaign.
Send right away or schedule it for later in any timezone, keep messages inside a daily send
window, and let the app deliver them in safe batches in the background. Every message is tracked
on its own, so you can see who it was sent to, who received it, who read it, and what failed. A
clear dashboard pulls it all together with delivery rates, read rates, and a side by side
comparison of your campaigns.
