This module extends the capabilities of the Attendance Management system by allowing portal users to fully manage their Attendance directly from the Odoo Portal. It is designed to provide a seamless and user-friendly interface for users to create and view Attendance â all without needing backend access. Ideal for companies looking to streamline Attendance tracking while empowering external users or employees with limited access.

Complete Attendance Management from Portal: Portal users have full access to manage their own attendance records directly from the Odoo Portal interface â including checking in, checking out, and viewing attendance history, all without needing backend access.

Sync with Backend Workflow: Attendance records are fully synchronized with the backend HR Attendance module, ensuring consistency and accurate reporting.

Status Tracking of Attendance Records: Users can track their check-in and check-out times and view their total working hours over a selected period (daily, weekly, monthly).

Advanced Attendance Filtering: Users can filter and search their attendance records using custom criteria like date range, status (checked-in, checked-out), and more.

Location Tracking on Check-in/Check-out: The system captures the user's current location automatically during check-in and check-out to enhance accuracy, security, and auditability of attendance records.

Install the module, create an employee record for the portal user.
Login as a portal user to access the Attendance menu, where all Attendance associated with the employee will be displayed.
Click on Attendance to be redirected to a page where you can manage your Attendance entries, as well as creating attendance.
An employee's manager can view and manage their Attendance directly from the backend.
