Install the module, create an employee record for the portal user, and configure the CRM-Sales portal settings



Login as a portal user to access the CRM menu, where the CRM dashboard will display menus for Leads, My Pipeline, My Activities, and Customers, based on the access permissions assigned to the associated employee.


Click on the Leads menu to open a view similar to the backend interface, allowing the user to create new leads, view existing ones, and edit lead details as needed.


Click on the My Pipeline menu to open a view similar to the backend interface, where the user can see all assigned opportunities and manage them through the standard CRM workflow.


Click on the My Activities menu to open a view similar to the backend interface, where the user can see all scheduled activities linked to their leads and opportunities.


Click on the Contacts menu to open a view similar to the backend interface, where the user can create, view, and edit contact details.


Access the Sale menu, where the Sale dashboard will display menus for Quotations,Sale Orders,Invoices,Delivery Orders,Products, and Customers, based on the access permissions assigned to the associated employee.


Click on the My Quotations menu to open a view similar to the backend interface, where the user can see all Quotations and create new Quotations


Click on the My Sales Orders menu to open a view similar to the backend interface, where the user can see all Sales Orders and create new Sales Orders and track their statuses.


Click on the Contacts menu to open a view similar to the backend interface, where the user can create, view, and edit contact details.


Click on the Product or Product Variant menu to open a view similar to the backend interface,browse existing products and add new entries..



Click on the Delivery orders menu to open a view similar to the backend interface, where the user can see all assigned deliveries and validate them.


Click on the Invoice menu to open a view similar to the backend interface, where the user can see all assigned invoices and confirm them.
