Installation Guide
Requirements
- Odoo 18.0
Installation
- Download the module as a ZIP file
- Extract to your Odoo addons directory
- Restart Odoo service
- Go to Apps menu and click "Update Apps List"
- Search for "Dhiraagu SMS Gateway" and install
Configuration and Usage Guide
Setup
- From homepage → Settings → Technical → in System parameters, these settings should be edited.
- Home page → Type in customers.
- Fill in all the details when creating a new customer / Click on one of the customers.
- Once that is done, click on the SMS button.
- Type in the message you wish to send to your customer → Hit 'Send SMS'.
Aged Receivables
- With this Gateway, it is also possible to send SMS to your Aged Receivables to request for a follow-up on their payments.
- Accounting → Reporting → Aged Receivables
- Pressing partner will direct you to the customer account and the same procedure as mentioned above can be done.
- Moreover, from Odoo, SMS messages can be sent to multiple aged receivables at once, if perhaps, company is requesting for follow-up report from all of them.
