Digital Catalog Pro
Transform your Odoo website into a dynamic, order-ready catalog platform. Product sections, price negotiation, delivery fees, QR code sharing, and full order tracking — all native.
Why This Module?
Sharing static PDF catalogs is outdated. Customers expect interactive, mobile-friendly experiences where they can browse products, request custom prices, and place orders — all without needing a full e-commerce platform.
Digital Catalog Pro bridges this gap by turning your Odoo website into a powerful catalog platform. Sales teams can create password-protected product catalogs, share them via QR codes or unique URLs, and let customers add items to cart, request price adjustments, and track orders — all integrated seamlessly with Odoo's native sales pipeline.
Each catalog supports product sections, delivery fees, minimum order amounts, multi-currency pricing, and automatic email confirmations. When a customer requests a price change, your team can accept or refuse with one click — and the system handles the rest.

1- User Groups & Security Permissions
Manage catalog access rights with dedicated user groups. Define who can create catalogs, edit products, process orders, and manage price negotiations — perfect for team-based catalog management.
2- Dedicated Digital Catalog Menu
Access all catalog management tools from the main Odoo menu. View existing catalogs, create new ones, monitor order statistics, and track conversion rates — all in one centralized location.
3- Create New Catalog Form
Configure every aspect of your digital catalog: name, public slug, currency, pricelist, delivery fee, minimum order amount, password protection, expiry date, and display options (prices, stock, tax-inclusive).
4- Add Sections & Organize Products
Create custom product sections to organize your catalog logically. Use drag-and-drop handles to reorder sections. Each section can contain multiple products, and products not assigned to any section appear automatically in an "Other Products" area on the website.
5- Live Catalog on Website (Frontend)
The public catalog page displays products organized by section, following the sequence defined in backend. Fully responsive grid layout with product images, pricing, stock indicators, and "Add to Cart" buttons. A search bar helps customers find products quickly.
6- Interactive Cart with Quantity Controls
Customers can adjust quantities, add per-item notes, and toggle between pickup and delivery options. The cart displays subtotals, delivery fees, and total amount in real-time. Cart persistence uses localStorage, so items remain even after page refresh.
7- Track Orders from Backend
Sales users see all catalog orders in a dedicated list view. Each order shows customer details, delivery type, total amount, price negotiation status, and current state (Draft/Confirmed/Converted/Cancelled). One-click conversion to sale.order quotation.
8- Customer Price Request (Negotiation)
On the order form, customers can edit the "Requested Price" field for any product line. Each line displays the original catalog price, the customer's requested price, and an optional note. This enables transparent B2B negotiation without back-and-forth emails.
9- Accept or Refuse Price Requests
When an order contains pending price requests, managers see an alert banner on the order form. Use the "Accept Price Changes" button to update unit prices to customer's requested amounts, or "Refuse Price Changes" to keep original catalog prices. Each decision triggers appropriate email notifications.
10- Automated Email Notifications
Customers receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing an order, with full order summary. If price changes are refused, a separate refusal email explains which items were declined and why. All emails are fully customizable via mail.template.
📈 Increase Conversion Rates
Direct ordering from catalog reduces friction. Price negotiation features close B2B deals faster.
🔐 Controlled Access
Password-protected catalogs with expiry dates ensure only authorized customers see your products.
📱 Mobile-Ready Experience
Responsive design works on any device. QR codes make sharing instant — print on flyers or embed in emails.
⚡ Reduce Admin Work
Automated email confirmations, order status tracking, and one-click conversion to sale.order save hours of manual work.
💰 Increase Average Order Value
Minimum order amounts and delivery fees encourage larger purchases. Upsell with well-organized product sections.
🔍 Full Traceability
Every order includes customer notes, requested prices, and audit trail. View count and conversion rate analytics included.
