Confirm a reservation and use the check-in action to move the booking into the active stay stage.
After check-in, the booking displays stay schedule details and links directly to the generated folio.
The folio groups stay charges and payment summary, giving staff a clear view of amount total, paid and due.
Add extra services such as car rental to the folio so they are billed together with the stay.
Charge paid amenities like premium WiFi and include them in the guest's final payable amount.
Create an invoice directly from the folio once stay, service and amenity charges are ready for billing.
The generated customer invoice carries stay, service and amenity lines with the full total amount.
Use the payment action on the posted invoice to register collection against the guest bill.
Once payment is registered, the folio reflects the paid status, paid amount and zero balance due.
Complete the stay by processing check-out from the booking after folio and payment handling.
Monitor occupancy, revenue, today's bookings, available rooms, guest movements, pending collection and visual trends.
