Module Information & User Guide
Sales Order Configuration View
Easily configure approval rules and enable the approval workflow for Sales Orders in the system settings.
Create Sales Order Approval Team
Define teams or specific users who are responsible for reviewing and approving sales orders. Assign approval levels based on roles and hierarchy.
Create Sales Order & Confirm
Create a new sales order, choose the relevant sales team, and trigger the approval workflow upon confirmation. The system routes the order to the appropriate approvers.
Approve Sales Order & View History
Approvers can see, full approval history of the sales order.
Sales Order Pending Approval
A dedicated menu shows all sales orders that are awaiting approval, categorized by user, team, or status for streamlined decision-making.
