How To set up the Appointment module?

1. To install the doctor_appointment_booking_odoo_stg module, search for doctor_appointment_booking_odoo_stg in the search bar, then click the Activate button.

2. To create a new category, click the New button.

3.To create a new service, click the New button.

4.In the service form, fill up the following fields properly as they are required.

5.To create a new Doctor, click the New button.

6.In the Doctor form, fill up the following fields properly as they are required.

7.To create a new Time Slots, click the New button.

8.The configuration for the outgoing email server must be done here .

Appointment Booking Dashboard.

The dashboard should be dynamic, displaying today's appointment bookings, a yearly chart, and monthly breakdowns of approved , pending appointments, total earnings, and total booked appointments, all of which should be fully dynamic.

How to book an appointment on the website and process payment locally?

1.Select a category, choose a service, select a doctor, fill in the available resources, and then click the Next button.

2.Select a date, choose a time slot, confirm the selected date and time below, and then click the Next button.

3.Fill in your details, including name, address, email ID, and contact number. If you want to create an account, click the checkbox to agree, then click Create an Account. Also, check the second checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions, and then click the Next button.

4.Select your preferred payment method. If you want to pay locally, check the Locally checkbox and then click the Next button.

5.Your appointment will be confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation email.

6.The booked appointment will be reflected on the dashboard. If an appointment is booked today, it will appear in the table below. It will also be displayed in the chart, showing the total bookings for the month.

7.The appointment will be displayed properly, showing the appointment ID, along with the selected time slots, doctor, and services.

8.The appointment will be displayed properly In Calender view, showing the appointment ID, along with the selected time slots, doctor, and services.

9.The selected doctor will have a smart button in the form view, which will display the appointments associated with that doctor.

10.When you click on the smart button, it will display a tree view showing how many appointments have been booked for that doctor.

How to book an appointment on the website and process payment Paypal?

4.Select your preferred payment method. If you want to pay paypal, check the paypal checkbox and then click the Next button.

5.The services you have selected will be displayed here, along with the image and price. Afterward, click the Checkout button.

6.Select a payment provider and click the Pay Now button.

7.Once your payment is completed, you will be informed with details showing the payment provider used. A sales order will be created, and you will also receive a confirmation email.

8.This is the sales order, which will include the service you selected, the payment made, and the customer's name, address, and other details.

9.The customer will receive an email when the appointment is confirmed.
