ServiceKey Features of "Manufacturing Process Costing | MRP Costing"
- Using these apps, you can easily calculate the total cost of the manufacturing process, which includes material costs, labor costs, and overhead costs.
- Real-time automated manufacturing process costing based on work center.
- User can include direct material costs, direct labor costs, and direct overhead costs in the Bill of Materials as well as on the Production Order.
- Supports two distinct costing methods: Manual costing method allows adding labor and overhead costs manually on the BOM and Manufacturing Order.
- Displays total costs for direct material, direct labor, and direct overhead in both the Bill of Materials and the Production Order.
- Manufacturing process calculation based on: 1) Manual Costing 2) Workcenter-Based Costing
- When using the manual costing method, direct material, direct labor, and direct overhead costs are automatically passed from BOM to Manufacturing Order.
- User can print Process Costing with BOM Report and Process Costing with MO Report.

Bill of Materials - Direct Material Cost
If process costing configuration is "Manually" then user have to add all costing data
manually, user can see that direct material cost automatically added based on
components of the Bill Of Material.
If user want to add direct material cost manually then you can also add.
User can manually add Cost/Hour for Direct Labour Cost and Direct Overhead Cost and this costing will pass to MO from BOM.
You can configure Direct Overhead Cost on Bill of Materials.
Create Manufacturing Order
When you create manufacturing orders from BOM then selected BOM's Direct Labour Cost
and Direct Overhead Cost will be filled automatically on manufacturing order.
