- Using this module you can create multi level approval before confimr sales order.
- Here you can set dynamic approval or rejection based on your company user role like Head of Marketing Approval, Head of Marketing Approval, COO Approval, Sale Operation Send Approval, Head of Finance Approval, CEO Approval.
Key Features
Sales dynamic multi level approval Configuration.
Create custom sale Quotaiton and Request for approval.
Head of marketing approval: Here person can approve or cancel the sales quotation request. And Related mail will be send for approval.
Head of Finance approval: Here person can approve or cancel the sales quotation request. And Related mail will be send for approval.
Cheaf Operational Officer approval: Here person can approve or cancel the sales quotation request. And Related mail will be send for approval.
CEO approval: Here person can approve or cancel the sales quotation request. And Related mail will be send for approval.
After user approval user will see the option for Confirm sales order.
KEY NOTE: Here you can add approval lever as per your need. Somes time company need only 2 level apprval so you can make it custom from Configuration.
