Sequence Year Wizard
This module adds a wizard to automatically create sequences for multiple years. Perfect for creating date range sequences for invoices, deliveries, or any other documents that need yearly sequences.
Features:
- One-click creation of yearly sequences
- Configurable year range (up to 50 years)
- Preserves existing sequences (doesn't replace them)
- Uses same parameters as base sequence
- Company-specific sequence creation
- User-friendly wizard interface
How to use:
- Go to Settings → Sequences & Identifiers
- Open a sequence that has "Use subsequences per date range" enabled
- Click the "Create Year Sequences" button in the header
- Select the start and end years
- Review the sequence parameters
- Click "Create Sequences"
Example:
If you have a sequence with prefix "INV/" and you want to create sequences from 2024 to 2030, the wizard will create:
- INV/2024 (from 2024-01-01 to 2024-12-31)
- INV/2025 (from 2025-01-01 to 2025-12-31)
- ... and so on until 2030
