Description
Alma is a service to provide merchants with an easy and safe monthly payments solution.
Let your customers pay for their purchases at their own pace! Youâll receive the funds instantly, and your customer will pay later over a few monthly instalments.
This module integrates Alma into Odoo by adding new payment methods that you can activate to offer monthly payments to your customers.

Installation and configuration
Setting up Alma installment payments is simple, fast, and perfectly integrated with Odoo.
- Install the Python library alma-python-client
pip install alma-client - Install the module via your Odoo back office.
- Create your Alma account at https://dashboard.getalma.eu
- Retrieve your API key from the back office at https://dashboard.getalma.eu/api and copy it into the Odoo module configuration.
Congratulations, you are ready to accept installment payments!
Payment Method
BackEnd
Our module allows you to enable payment methods according to your needs.
For each payment method, you can also configure a short description, the allowed number of installments, as well as the minimum and maximum amount required to use this method.
FrontEnd
On the website, the enabled payment methods will be visible based on the cart amount.
- If the amount does not fall within the configured range, the payment method will not be displayed to the customer.
When the customer clicks on a payment method, a section opens with detailed information about Alma and the due dates.
This section is also used to display error messages in case of ineligibility for payment.
Payment pages
Once the payment method is selected, the customer clicks Pay Now and will be redirected to the Alma payment page to complete the payment process.
Order Confirmation
Once the payment is validated, the customer will be automatically redirected to Odoo, and the order status will be updated.
Payment Transactions
Alma payment transactions are available in the backend along with the payment method used.
