Show your bot's face on the floating button instead of the default icon — with a soft white ring. Just paste an image URL in the settings. A gentle pulse animation invites interaction and stops after the first chat.

💬 NEW: Teaser Message Story

The bot proactively "sends" a sequence of chat bubbles next to the button — like starting a real conversation. Each message can contain links. A typing indicator with animated dots and soft keyboard sounds precedes every message; a subtle pop sound announces its arrival. Once dismissed, the story pauses for a configurable number of hours — new messages appear immediately, turning the story into a news channel.

↔️ NEW: Resizable Chat Window

Visitors can resize the chat window on desktop via a drag handle in its top-left corner. The chosen size persists for the whole browsing session.

💬 Configure the Teaser Story - No Code Needed

All teaser messages are edited directly in the Odoo UI:

  1. 1 Go to Website → Configuration → Settings → N8N Chat Integration
  2. 2 Fill in "Teaser Messages" — one line becomes one chat bubble, sent in order from top to bottom
  3. 3 Add inline links with [Link text](URL) — e.g. [Our Add-ons](/shop) or a full https://… address
  4. 4 Choose "Repeat After (Hours)" — how long the story stays paused once a visitor dismissed it (default 24, 0 repeats on every page load)
  5. 5 Set "Button Avatar Image URL" to show your bot's face on the chat button
  6. 6 Save — changes are live immediately. Leave the field empty to disable the story.

Clicking a bubble opens the chat, clicking a link follows the link. Once the visitor dismisses the story, opens the chat or has seen all messages, the story pauses for the configured number of hours — friendly, not pushy. Edit the messages and they are shown again immediately, so the story doubles as a news channel for your website.
