Internal User's Web Notification

🔔 Available Notification Types

1️⃣ Popup Notifications

Choose to display the popup for all users or only specific users

Different popup styles:

Notifications appear on the top-right corner of the Odoo screen

How to configure...?

Provide access to User or Manager to manage notifications.

Here you can allow access to this group. And refresh the page.

You can see here menu with icon. Click that menu and you will redirect to list view of notifications.


Now here you can configure two types of notifications.


1) PopUp type notification.

Here you can configure four type of popup messages.

Warning, Info, Danger, Success

Now you can see right side all four type of popup notification you can create.

Let's configure slider notification.

You can see after menu, Blue background and white font color notification available with given configuration.

- Server Access: In cases where deeper investigation is required, you agree to share server credentials.

- We commit to handling your data securely and only accessing the required areas for support.

3. Support Tools

- We do not provide support via remote access tools such as Anydesk or TeamViewer.

- Instead, we will schedule short meetings if any live assistance is necessary.

4. Response and Resolution Commitment

- We strive to provide prompt support and issue resolution. The speed of our response will depend on the clarity and detail of the provided information (e.g., admin credentials, server access, images, videos).

5. Limitations and Scope

- Our support extends only to issues related to the purchased Odoo app/module and does not include unrelated modifications or custom development.

- We do not guarantee support for third-party Odoo customizations unless explicitly agreed upon.

6. Additional Terms

- Other terms and conditions supported by Odoo also apply to this agreement.

- Custom or extended support may incur additional fees, which will be communicated in advance if necessary.
